2. Object of the Contract

These general conditions of sale govern the purchase of skateboard products and related accessories through our online store.

3. Conclusion of the Contract

The contract is concluded when you receive the order confirmation email. Before completing your order, you will have the opportunity to review and modify the information you entered.

4. Prices and Payments

All prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately before order confirmation.

We accept the following payment methods: credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other methods available at checkout through Shopify Payments.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipments are made to Italy and other European Union countries. Estimated delivery times are indicated during the checkout process and may vary depending on the destination.

6. Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

Pursuant to the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without having to provide any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us a written communication to 3flip.asd@gmail.com. The products must be returned intact, unused, and in their original packaging.

7. Warranty

All products are covered by the 24-month legal guarantee of conformity pursuant to the Italian Consumer Code.

8. Responsibility

3FLIP ASSOCIAZIONE SPORTIVA DILETTANTISTICA is not responsible for delays or non-deliveries due to force majeure or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
