Return Policy and Right of Withdrawal

1. Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

Pursuant to the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005, Articles 52-59), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without having to provide any reason and without incurring additional costs beyond the return costs.

2. How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us a clear communication of your decision to withdraw from the contract via:

In the communication it indicates:

  • Order number
  • Purchase date
  • Product(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return (optional)

3. Return Terms

Once you have communicated your withdrawal, you have 14 days to return the product to the following address:

4. Product Conditions

To be accepted, the returned product must meet the following conditions:

  • ✅ Intact and unused
  • ✅ In the original packaging
  • ✅ With all labels and accessories included
  • ✅ In resale-worthy condition

Note: You have the right to examine the product as you would in a physical store, but not to use it. Any damage resulting from improper use may result in a reduction of your refund.

5. Return Costs

Shipping costs for returning the product are the responsibility of the customer , unless otherwise agreed or in the case of a defective/incorrect product.

We recommend using a traceable courier and keeping the shipping receipt until the refund is completed.

6. Refund

Once we have received and verified the returned product, we will process the refund within 14 days .

The refund includes:

  • Product price
  • Original shipping costs (standard rate only, not express shipping), not return shipping costs, which are the customer's responsibility.

The refund does NOT include:

  • Return costs borne by the customer
  • Any additional costs for express shipments chosen by the customer

Refund Policy: Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

7. Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:

  • Customized or made-to-measure products
  • Sealed products opened for hygiene reasons (e.g. grip tape applied)
  • Products deteriorated or damaged due to improper use
  • Items on special promotion or final sale (if specified)

8. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective, damaged or different product than the one you ordered:

  • Contact us immediately at 3flip.asd@gmail.com
  • Please provide product photos and a description of the problem.
  • We will replace or issue a full refund
  • The return costs will be at our expense

9. Legal Guarantee of Conformity

In addition to the right of withdrawal, all products are covered by the 24-month legal guarantee of conformity pursuant to the Italian Consumer Code.

In case of lack of conformity, you are entitled to:

  • Product repair or replacement
  • Price reduction or termination of the contract (if repair/replacement is not possible)

10. Product Change

If you wish to exchange a product (e.g. for a different size, color, or model):

  • Exercise your right of withdrawal for the original product
  • Place a new order for the desired product

11. Processing Times

Return receipt: 3-7 business days from shipment
Product verification: 2-3 business days
Refund: Within 14 days of receiving the return
Credit to account: 3-10 business days (depends on the bank/circuit)
