Guide and Form for Requesting a Sports Medical Certificate
Learn the difference between a competitive and non-competitive sports medical certificate and how to book a medical exam. A sports medical certificate is required to participate in sports courses. Children under 18 can receive a free sports medical exam.

The RAS is the body that officially recognizes amateur sports associations and verifies their legality, activity, and compliance with national regulations.
FISR Affiliation Certificate for the 2025/2026 Season
The Italian Roller Sports Federation (FISR) is the CONI-recognized federation for skateboarding, responsible for official activities, technical standards, and the Olympic path for male and female athletes.
